The daily report

You see every call made in your name.

The most documented complaint about outsourced calling is that it runs as a black box: a meeting count at the end of the month and no idea what was said to your market. This is what lands in your inbox instead, at the end of every block.

What we heard today

  • Four of six conversations raised vendor reliability unprompted. Missed visits, not price, is the sore spot worth leading with.
  • Two prospects are locked into contracts until Q3. Worth a dedicated August block rather than dialing them now.
  • The single site segment on this list has no budget authority. Recommend cutting it and reallocating those hours.

List hygiene

  • 8 numbers dead or reassigned, flagged and removed.
  • 2 contacts have left the company. Replacements found for both.
  • Updated list returned with this report.

Reading it

Four things, in order of how much they matter.

The numbers are context, not the point

Dials, connects and conversations tell you whether the list is reachable. A block with 100 dials and 10 connects is a healthy list. A block with 100 dials and 2 connects means the phone numbers are wrong, and that is worth knowing on day one rather than day thirty.

The log is the actual product

Every conversation, named, with what was said. You can audit the pitch, hear the objection in the prospect's own framing, and see for yourself whether a call back is real or a brush-off.

What we heard is where the money is

Patterns across the block. Which objection keeps coming up, which segment has no budget, which angle is landing. After five blocks this is a map of your market that no survey would have given you.

List hygiene comes free

B2B phone data goes stale at 25 to 35 percent a year. Whoever dials finds out first which records are dead. We flag them, replace what we can, and hand the cleaned list back. You keep that whether or not you book another block.

Worth saying plainly

We will not promise you a number of meetings.

We could. Everyone else does. But the published benchmarks for how many dials it takes to book one meeting range from about 25 to about 370, and the thing that moves that number most is the quality of the list, not the skill of the caller.

So anyone quoting you a meeting count before they have seen who you want to call is either guessing or managing you. When a vendor is paid per meeting, that pressure has to go somewhere, and where it usually goes is a looser definition of what counts as a meeting.

We sell hours and we show you the transcript. The variance stays where it actually lives, out in the open, and you get to decide what to do about it after ten hours instead of after six months.
